Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. You can read the Hukamnama and Nitnem, practise Simran and listen to the traditional Ardaas without signing in. Sign in with Google or your email to save your practice to your account, create a personalized Ardaas, or take part in Sangat.
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Check your spam or junk folder, make sure the email address is spelled correctly, then request a new code. Codes expire, so use the most recent one.
How do credits work?
Each AI Personalized Ardaas uses one credit, and new accounts receive 2 free credits. More credits come in one-time packs — no subscription — and never expire. If an Ardaas can’t be created, or its audio can’t be produced, the credit is returned automatically. You can see every purchase and use under Account → Transaction history.
I bought credits but don’t see them.
Go to Account → Help & support and tap Restore Purchases, using the same App Store or Google Play account you bought them with.
How do I change or turn off reminders?
Go to Account → Notifications to set your daily reminder time or turn reminders off. You can also turn notifications off in your device settings.
How do I report something in Sangat?
Tap Report on the intention and choose what concerns you. If you think someone may be in danger, choose “This may indicate someone is in danger or crisis” — the intention is hidden from everyone straight away. See the Community Guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. Without the app, use the form on Delete your account.
